Sac Tri Club is participating in Swim Challenge, an international
competition pitting men against women to see who swims the most from
April 1 – November 30 2010.
You do not have to spend money to do this challenge. Aqua Sphere will
be donating money to two different charities. The men will be swimming
for prostrate cancer and the women will be swimming for breast cancer.
The money will be divided among the two charities based on who swims
more men or women.
The first step is to go to www.swimchallenge.org and register. During
the registration process it will ask you if you want to join a team.
Our team is Sac Tri Club of course. You will be asked for a code. The
code is "qqM71Tec". Once you join the team you can start logging your
swim times. Remember to log triathlon swims and swim meets as well.
Let’s make this interesting. There will be a special surprise from our
Swim Challenge coordinator, Bob Foiles, for the top male and female
swimmers from STC. Let’s get swimming.
