Meet STC’s new coach Mike White, Athleticamps owner Bruce Hendler, and Retul bike fit specialist Brent Christian.

Coach Mike will share his history as an athlete/coach, will describe the services that he will be providing to all STC members, and will describe the coaching philosophy and approach that he takes when training his individual coaching clients.

Bruce and Brent will share and demonstrate the many exciting Athleticamps technologies that are available to help athletes improve performance.  Special pricing on individual coaching packages that combine all of these services will be offered to STC members.

Mike White of Folsom Lake Multisport is proud to fulfill the role of affiliate coach for the Sacramento Triathlon Club.  As an STC coach, Mike is excited to plan and lead a regular series of group workout and training opportunities that are free to current STC members.  In addition, he will host a monthly series of Q&A sessions at the Athleticamps performance studio that are free to all former, current, and prospective STC members.

As an added service to current STC members, Mike will extend special pricing on his individual coaching packages, which include customized training plan design, Retul bike fittings, lactate/VO2max/calorimetry performance assessments, and swim/run technique video assessments.
