STC mourns loss of Member
With great sadness, Sac Tri Club says goodbye to one of our Members, Eric Faulk. Eric was killed in a car accident on August 2, 2010 on his way home from work. He was 33.
Eric & his wife, Heather, have been great ambassadors to the sport. They regularly volunteered their time together at local events, including TBF races & STC’s Run Aid Station at the Auburn Triathlons. They attended many STC events this year, providing support & encouragement to their fellow Members.
Eric’s loss will be felt by all.
Heather & her family are in our thoughts at this very difficult time. Please keep her in your prayers.

The Delta Triathlon Club sends its condolences during this difficult time. Know that we are all feeling for both your club and Eric’s loved ones during this difficult time.

Just an update – Eric’s memorial service will be held this Saturday, August 7, at 11:00 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Lodi. Heather asks that you refrain from sending flowers; she prefers (as would Eric have) that you make a donation in his memory to a charity that will be specified at a later time.
STC will also be observing a moment of silence for Eric at our Annual Potluck BBQ after the (August 8th) Tri-for-Real at Rancho Seco this Sunday. He & Heather had planned to race the event.
